Welcome to Le Clos du Tertre!

Book your stay in guest room (B&B) or self contained gite, with family, friends or as a couple. All year round, we welcome you in a pleasant and relaxing setting. We are located near the Château and the Forest of Fontainebleau. On the outskirts of the large village of La Chapelle-la-Reine, your holiday resort is particularly quiet.

Our building, already existing on the city map of 1789, is warmly decorated, and honors old materials, on all walls and floors.

A guest room at Clos du Tertre

For all your stays, we offer 3 warm bedrooms equipped with everything you need. In each of them, you will find quality bedding, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and welcome products, and other elements designed for your comfort.

We are flexible regarding the arrival and departure times of our Bed & Breakfast bedrooms. Let us know your preferences, we will adapt as much as possible. You can book one or more rooms at Le Clos du Tertre for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights.

We can add a baby bed for you, free of charge, on request and subject to availability. You can also add additional single beds to your rental, for €25 per night and per bed. If you wish to add two additional beds, they will be bunk beds.

A note of sweetness and flavor

Start the day in a friendly atmosphere at Le Clos du Tertre. Included in your B&B reservation:

breakfast is served between 8am and 10am, all at the same table.

Enjoy many quality products: hot drinks, fruit juices, including a juice made with apples from the garden, fresh bread from our local bakery, brioche and croissants, home made fruit jams from the garden, Gâtinais honey, cereals, yogurts, cheeses, etc.

A stay between sharing and relaxation

Le Clos du Tertre is made up of beautiful living spaces, accessible when renting a guest room, conducive to conviviality and relaxation. Prepare your dishes in the kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, hotplates, a dishwasher, and all the necessary kitchenware. You can enjoy your meals in the dining room with table and chairs.

To relax, settle into the living room, where you have at your disposal: sofas, armchairs, baby equipment, children's toy box and library.

A haven of peace in the heart of nature

The property has a 1000 m² garden, part of which is reserved for Gîte No. 2. You can relax there and enjoy the pleasant setting offered by the lawn, sun loungers and trees. Relax in the quiet garden of your guest room and gîte near the Fontainebleau Forest!

To enjoy the climate, meet on the terrace, where the table, chairs and parasol will allow you to share friendly moments. In fine weather, you can also enjoy the barbecue to prepare your meals!

A welcome and its services up to par

We provide our travelers with 4 adult electric bikes, as well as climbing shoes, in a few sizes. We offer you the rental of a crash pad, for your climbing sessions.
